Our website is not working again. It has not been working for most of the week and a half since we have activated it. We have not added any colours, logos or any other customization. I'm not sure what triggers the outage, but could you please reset so that our coaches can review the stats! Thank you...

I think we are having the same problem with a trial website. First few minutes after team was set up was great. Then went to a white screen with "Your website is set to expire in 7 days. - Renew Now"; no option to proceed from there.
